My Philosophy
I believe in a listening, nurturing, and motivating approach.

Throughout my professional career, I have been involved in many coaching and mentoring relationships, have accumulated over 1,500 hours of experience, and have directly helped over 100 people to grow and prosper in their careers. I have managed large groups of people, so have naturally been involved in a significant amount of people management, something which I have always taken great pride in – helping others to develop.  

So....what motivates me as a mentor?I enjoy working with people, providing independent advice and guidance to help them overcome day-to-day challenges and make career shifts. Furthermore, I'm always proud when my clients achieve goals and fulfill their dreams, and I'm grateful to be a part of their successes.

As a coach, my main motivation and driving force is to watch people grow and develop to realise their true potential. While operating as a manager and leader, I coached many staff members and witnessed how they came from point A to point B and beyond, with my guidance and support.

Moreover, for me, as a coach, giving credit, praise, and recognition of a client's achievements, is fundamental, as it helps to motivate them and reach a self-confident frame of mind.
